By accessing or using Purchet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Purchet connects students with accommodation providers near universities in Ghana and supports discovery, booking, payment, and communication workflows.

3. User Accounts

Account creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

Account security

You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

Students

  • Provide accurate booking details.
  • Follow property and host rules.
  • Make agreed payments on time.
  • Report issues through official support channels.

Hosts

  • Provide accurate listing details and photos.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Honor confirmed bookings and stated terms.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

Bookings

Bookings are subject to listing rules and may require host approval unless instant booking is enabled.

Payments

Payments are processed through supported channels and may include platform and processing fees.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the property policy shown during booking. Refund outcomes depend on that policy and timing.

6. Content and Conduct

  • Do not post false or misleading information.
  • Do not harass, abuse, or discriminate against users.
  • Do not bypass platform systems or fees.
  • Do not violate applicable laws and regulations.

7. Liability and Disputes

Purchet operates as a marketplace platform. We may assist with disputes, but accommodation performance and party conduct remain the responsibility of students and hosts.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses arising from our own breach of these terms.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update these terms and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, legal requirements, or safety standards.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
